• Complete 3 monthly or 6 monthly audits of your utilities invoicing as we find due to complexity and billing of bundles by providers what you are being invoiced does not always align with what was agreed.
• Reviewing your services and what you are being invoiced to ensure redundant services are disconnected and you are not being charged. Have you had a reduction in staff but you are still paying for their mobile or fixed line ? Do you even need a fixed line for staff only in the office for 30-50% of their day ?
